Concept development of the mechatronic system: starting with customer specifications, develop a custom robotic automation solution involving mechanical transmission, electric actuators, sensors, controllers and HMI devices and software architecture.

Component Selection and Sizing

Component selection and sizing: based on power and performance requirements, perform engineering calculations to select proper component size and performance requirements. The result of this is a detailed quotation showing the overall system configuration, individual components, software architecture.

Electrical Wiring Diagrams

Electrical wiring diagrams and electrical panel assembly. Panel selection, component layout, power conditioning, distribution, and safety circuit design. Fieldbus 1/0 wiring, communications network wiring.

Application Software Development

Application software development and testing based on modular, object oriented programming concepts. Soft PLC programming, using CODESYS IDE, IEC 61131-3 programming languages (FB, ST, LD, IL, SFC, plus CFC ext). Embedded software development using Microsoft Visual Studios IDE, C++, C#, Python. Dynamic control system analysis and software design using Matlab/Simulink.

On-site Testing

On-site testing and validation, optimization of the complete system under actual operating conditions and delivery.

Including MIL/SIL, HIL, VIL and actual prototype vehicle/device simulation, testing, validation.
